Long time no post...

Like 2 years. Facebook has taken over our need for a blog. Most everyone keeps up with our lives via face book:)

But, for those who don't, I'll give you a little update :)

I am in my last semester of classes in Graduate school at Texas State University. I will student teach in the fall and will be teaching high school by the Spring of 2011!

Jordan started Kindergarten this year, and is loving every second of if, she wishes it were 7 days a week!

Jacob is in 3rd grade and just turned 9!

I'll add some pics later, and maybe I'll even try to keep up with the blog ;)

Josh in Colorado

Josh just got back from a short visit to Colorado where he spent some time with our niece's Willow and Mira. They have gotten so BIG!

Jacob may just be the next Tiger Woods!

Our first Six Flags trip of the season

We have season passes to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and we went for the first time right before school was out. The park was empty and we got to ride each ride 3-4 times, without ever getting off! Jordan loved Tony Hawk's Big Spin (http://www.sixflags.com/fiestaTexas/Rides/TonyHawksBigSpin.aspx) and Jacob loved The Rattler (http://www.sixflags.com/fiestaTexas/rides/TheRattler.aspx)

This ride was waaaaaaayyy too slow for Jordan.

Here's Jacob right after his jump....

You can see his nose is busted open, luckily (and surprisingly) he didn't break it!

Looky what we have here....

Just one of the many inhabitants of mom and dad's new property...a scorpion!!! This is cool, but I can't wait to get a wild boar on video!

Sorry the video is so blurry, I don't know what was up with the camera that day!

Jacob Jumps Gary

I think we may have an extreme sports competitor on our hands :)

Our Baby Birds

Momma bird and these baby birds made a temporary home in my hanging basket. They have since flown away to find a new home. The kids were fascinated by them and had to document their growth every day.
